0:56 – passenger survived, but not the driver. Look at the windshield – hole in passenger side – passenger head hit the windshield and broke it. Probably had multiple lacerations to the face, but likely survived. (My head made a similar hole in a car wreck as a teen – lots of stitches, but survived it).
But no hole on the drivers side. Why? Answer: driver’s torso was severed at the waist by the guard rail. There was no head left to make a hole.
