I was coming north on a busy street and made a left turn at a green light. The car “came out of nowhere.” I’m sure alot of people say that. Anyway, he seemed to have sped up and didn’t break. He ended up hitting me on my back passenger side, denting it in. It damaged my car of course as well as his front end and his windsheild is smashed (not in but like a spiderweb) and his airbags went off. I was not given a citation and believe that is is my fault even though he was going awfully fast to come across the light. Who’s insurance will pay, mine or his or will we both take care of our own? Please be courteous. It was an ordeal. Thanks!

Yes it is your fault for turning into oncoming traffic and failure to yield.
Your insurance will pay as long as you dont live in a no fault state.
