its true that if I take my car to the dealer shop, they won’t notice its a salvage title car??? and they will cover for my Factory waranty??
the car looks New.. but just worry in the future if I need to fix the car in the dealer shop.. if they gona give me the factory warraty..

Last Saturday someone hit my Rio in the left rear wheel well, they crushed the door shut and did damage to all three panels in the area of impact. Now I’m waiting for my insurance company to decide what they’re going to do, I’m afraid they’ll write the car off as totalled. If they do that, what sort of compensation could I expect?
Otherwise what can I do to get a replacement vehicle or repairs? My dad and the insurance agent said something about getting a salvage title and doing the repairs myself, if I do that does the insurance company help cover the costs still?

My vehicle is a 91 Jeep Cherokee Laredo. Damage is to driver-side headlight, fender, bumper, and grille. Radiator was untouched and the rest of the Jeep is fine. Cost of repair is $2000 and they want to total it but I don’t want a salvage title or the hassle, Can’t I make them fix it. It was their client that hit me, it wasn’t my fault, why should I suffer.
Grange says that the repair exceeds the limit compared to the value and they consider it a total loss, they are going to call me monday and tell me what they will offer me but it will be either lose the car or accept a salvage title. I like the car and don’t want to lose it but I don’t want a salvage title either.
I understand the Jeep is 16 years old but it is still worth more than the repairs. I suffered already because I had to take off work to get the estimate( $27hr) and I really love my car, so please no opinions, I just wanted to know the law and what rights I have.

I put money down on a car, but later ran a carfax on the car and found out it has been totaled in the last year and had a salvage title that was recently taken off. The dealer didn’t tell me anything about the past accident. The car appears to be in good shape, but I am second guessing the car. What would you do? If I decide not to buy the car should I be able to get my down payment back, even if I signed a contract for purchasing the car?

Im interested in buying a used 07 Nissan Altima and I found one used for a pretty good price. The only thing is that it has a salvage title but the guy it fixed and claims it still looks great. I plan on going there to take a look over the weekend but I have a question. I’ve read that when planning on buying salvage, you should have it inspected by a reputable body or repair shop. I wondering if a Nissan dealer would do this. If I or the seller took it to Nissan would they inspect it and let us know if the body is in good shape or not?
